Erin’s Pledge with U.S. Term Limits

Erin recently signed a pledge in support of an amendment for term limits on Congresspeople, joining more than 150 other signers with the group U.S. Term Limits. These limits would be for three time term for Representatives and two time term limits for Senators.

“According to the latest nationwide poll on term limits conducted by Pew Research, term limits enjoy wide bipartisan support. Pew’s analysis states, “An overwhelming majority of adults (87%) favor limiting the number of terms that members of Congress are allowed to serve. This includes a majority 56% who strongly favor this proposal, just 12% are opposed.”

Erin proudly signed on to vote in favor for this amendment and believes it is crucial step forward in securing our democracy, stamping out corruption and ensuring fair representation.
